For me, I strongly agree with Matt Cutt's idea. Honestly, we usually stuck in a rut whenever we face with the new problems. That makes years go flying by while they try to figure out what to do next. Sometimes, we just want to give up but other times, we find out it turns out we work hard. Finally, we end up giving it a shot!
