Yo tell the truth, I'm really keen on this TED talk! It just inspires me to try something new to form a good habit or expand my skill set.

It just rings a bell for me that I always wanna shape my body and have a healthier body, but with months flying by, I did nothing, which really sucks.

And what's more, my life is just stuck in a rut, everyday maybe just be a desk-dwelling (in other words, I indeed learned how to do experiments from scratch, but it's not enough).

After watching this Ted, T made my mind to try something new! What are you waiting for? Just do it!

Hi Doris,

I hope you can start and continue for 30 days. Try something really small - if you want to shape your body then try something like dancing to ONE song every day. If you can do that for 30 days, it would be really easy to add on something new or different to continue shaping your body. Good luck!
