Change old habit enjoy new life

I really like this talk. I almost see myself in his story. In my first year after graduation, I was actually stuck in a rut. I used to lie on my bed after work and felt boring and tired. Months flying by, I figure out if I want something different I should give it a shot with the new thing. Now instead of siting at home all weekends I go out with my new friends from some clubs. Besides, I do gym everyday and I feel I have full energy to not give up any challenge :)
