It is not all about the beauty

Nowadays, society's standards of beauty create unrealistic expectations about how people should look. This makes exceptional good looks seem normal, and anything less than perfection seem abnormal and ugly.

Unfortunately, our culture is concerned more about appearance than in any other periods of history.

In addition, the statistics have already shown how unrealistic standards of female beauty have become. Forty years ago, top models and beauty queens weighed only 8% less than the average woman; now they weigh 23% less.

In summary, we absolutely do not have to accept society's standards of beauty.
